  • 1/2 bag of freeze-dried strawberries or mixed berries (we like the ones from Trader Joe's that you can now buy on Amazon!)
  • 1 scoop of amma360 Postpartum Protein+
  • 1-2 glass of liquid (we like almond milk, but feel free to sub for water, or other dairy or non-dairy substitute)
