3 Delicious Postpartum Autumn Smoothie Recipes

That’s why we’re sharing not one, not two, but THREE autumn-inspired smoothies for you to try with your amma360 Postpartum Protein+ Powder this season. These comforting beverages will keep your energy up, refuel you with important nutrients, and curb your cravings for those PSLs you’ve missed during pregnancy! Whip one up, snuggle up with your favorite blanket, and enjoy a fall movie while you little one snoozes.
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 scoop of amma360 Protein+ Powder
¼ cup milk of your choice
½ tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Ice
Instructions:
Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend together until the texture is smooth.
Pour into your favorite no-spill cup, top with pumpkin spice seasoning (and whipped cream if you’d like), and enjoy!
Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 scoop of amma360 Protein+ Powder
½ apple, chopped (use red for a sweeter flavor, and green if you prefer a little zest)
1 cup milk of your choice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Ice
Instructions:
Combine all of your ingredients in a blender. Blend together until the texture is smooth.
Pour into your favorite no-spill cup, garnish with a slice of apple and sprinkle of cinnamon (and whipped cream if you’d like), and enjoy!
Vanilla Chai Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 scoop of amma360 Protein+ Powder
Chai tea bag
1 cup of milk of your choice
1 frozen banana
¼ tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Heat milk on stove. Steep with chai tea bag for at least 5 minutes. Let cool.
Combine all of your ingredients, including cooled chai milk, in a blender. Blend together until the texture is smooth.
Pour into your favorite no-spill cup, garnish with cinnamon (and whipped cream if you’d like), and enjoy!
