Our founder, Sharmin Karim, has been featured in the Everyday Birth Magazine for the month of January! In her interview, Sharmin shares her motherhood journey and her experience giving birth at age 39. 

Sharmin discusses what her pregnancy journey was like for her and her family. She explains that despite being labeled a high risk pregnancy due to her age, her pregnancy was quite smooth with minimal complications. One of the biggest challenges she dealt with during her pregnancy was the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Sharmin and her husband took all the steps they could to keep them and the baby healthy. It was this experience that inspired her to leave her job and start her own company- one that focused on mom AND baby in the postpartum era.
